With a distinguished 35-year career, Sanjeev Kashyap has risen from an engineer to holding CxO-level roles, driving growth and transformation across a variety of industries including Office Automation, Industrial Automation, Visualization, Consumer Durables, and Aerospace. His expertise spans regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and India, where he has led strategic initiatives that have significantly impacted these geographies.
Sanjeev is a passionate advocate for product development and innovation, consistently coaching teams to identify and solve business challenges while aligning solutions with organizational goals. His leadership has consistently been grounded in customer satisfaction, employee engagement, market share growth, and delivering strong returns on investment. Throughout his career, Sanjeev has held leadership positions in Sales, Operations, Pre and After-sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management (SCM), consistently disrupting traditional business practices through collaboration, influence, and forward-thinking innovations.
Currently, as the Chief Business Officer at Marut Dronetech Pvt. Ltd., Sanjeev leads strategic business development and sales initiatives in the rapidly growing agriculture drone sector. Prior to this, his contributions to SCM, manufacturing, and operations were instrumental in driving operational excellence and business success. His ability to build sustainable business strategies while nurturing teams has earned him multiple industry awards and recognitions.
Sanjeev's academic background includes Electrical Engineering (1986–1989) and various Management Trainings, and outside of his professional endeavors, he finds fulfillment in writing and exploring spirituality, both of which contribute to his holistic personal and professional development.
