A seasoned professional with over a decade of leadership experience in strategic business transformation, process re-engineering, and quality management across diverse industries including consulting, manufacturing, and services. Dr. Johri has successfully driven efficiency improvement projects and led management system implementations and auditing. As the Managing Director of Equalitas Certifications Limited since 2014, he has overseen the company's growth and expansion, adding CMMI certification to its portfolio. He is also the Director at Indraprastha Systemcert Pvt Ltd, ensuring compliance with QMS, EMS, and OHS standards. With strong expertise in ISO certifications, business development, and team leadership, Dr. Johri has led numerous training programs focused on quality improvement and process optimization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within organizations. Dr. Johri holds a PhD in Quality Management, demonstrating his commitment to advancing expertise in the field. He also holds a Master's in Total Quality Management from the University of Lucknow, which laid the foundation for his deep understanding of quality systems and standards. In addition, he earned a Master of Arts from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, a Bachelor of Science from Dr. B. R. A. University, and completed a Bachelor of Law, enriching his professional capabilities with a unique blend of technical, management, and legal knowledge.
